Job DescriptionController 9339The Divisional Controller reports to the Regional Controller and will be responsible for leading the accounting department.
DutiesResponsible for the monthly consolidated close, including the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Analyze financial results, comparisons to plan, and forecasts for management.
Manage staff:
hiring, workload distribution, training & development, goal setting and performance evaluations of direct reports.
Ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting databaseAssist in the preparation and update of forecasts on a quarterly basis.
Effectively manage and lead a large team, workload and projects with a focus on team development to ensure the department has a bench of qualified individuals as the Company grows each year.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting requiredMinimum of 5
years in a combination of public and publicly traded industry accountingMinimum of 5
