Responsibilities:

?Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
?Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and manage patient records.
?Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments.
?Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
?Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
?Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
?High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
?Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role is a plus.
?Proficiency in dental software systems and basic computer skills.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
?Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
?Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is advantageous.
?Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
