We specialize in services for pharmaceutical and medical device trials with a focus on building and enhancing the connection between patients and researchers to improve research study outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with patients and site nurses to understand unique travel and transportation needs Research and book travel and transportation arrangements according to patient needs Effectively communicate programs and travel bookings to patients and site nurses Perform data entry
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills Customer service focus with ability to establish solid relationships Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Ability to work well within a team setting and self-motivated to work independently Strong data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel; Word; Access; Outlook) Previous customer service, call center and/or medical experience helpful Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
