Leading bottled water manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager. Top candidate will have start-up experience in bottling. Salary to $110,000 plus 12% bonus. Company-will relocate.
Requirements:
5
years of experience managing a maintenance department
2
years of maintenance experience in a bottling or plastics environment
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee activities of maintenance department
Responsible for building world-class maintenance teams, including hiring and performance reviews
Oversee maintenance of molding and packaging equipment
Develop capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology
Estimate, requisition and inspect materials
Develop measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of productEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
